2.1. MCP Cars provides a WhatsApp-based booking platform for chauffeur services in the United Kingdom and Wales.
2.2. Our Service includes:
- Chauffeur booking through WhatsApp
- Automated journey planning and price calculations
- Journey reminders
- Booking management and cancellation options
3. User Registration and Account
3.1. To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept our Privacy Policy
3.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. Booking Process:
- All bookings must be made through our WhatsApp application
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Prices are calculated based on distance and time using Google Maps API
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP)
4.2. Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled journey
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled journey may incur full charges
- All cancellations must be made through the WhatsApp application
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment Methods:
- We accept all major credit and debit cards
- Payment details must be provided at the time of booking
- All transactions are processed in GBP
5.2. Pricing:
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, or route changes
- Toll charges and parking fees are not included in the initial price
6. Service Standards
6.1. Our Obligations:
- Provide licensed and professional drivers
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Arrive at the designated pickup location on time
6.2. Customer Obligations:
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Follow safety instructions
- Not engage in illegal or disruptive behavior
7. Changes and Modifications
7.1. To Bookings:
- Changes to bookings must be made through the WhatsApp application
- Changes made within 24 hours of the journey may incur additional charges
7.2. To Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Users will be notified of significant changes
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1. Our Liability:
- We maintain comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance
- We are liable for damages caused by our negligence
- Our liability is limited to direct losses only
8.2. Limitations:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Maximum liability is limited to the journey cost
9. Personal Data and Privacy
9.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
9.2. By using our Service, you consent to:
- Communication via WhatsApp
- Location tracking during journey planning

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Civil unrest
- Government actions
- Traffic accidents or road closures
