  • Bank Transfers: Another alternative for transactions where card payments are not feasible is through direct bank transfers. Our bank details are readily available for this purpose.
  • Online Payment: Depending on the nature of the transaction, customers may still have the option to utilise secure online payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.

Return Period: We offer a return window of 7 days from the date of purchase for all our transport. However, after this initial period, our policy adjusts based on the time left before the booking or service date.

Refund Calculation: After the initial 7 days, any refunds will be subject to a deduction based on the time remaining before the scheduled booking or service. The refund amount will be prorated depending on the proximity to the booking date.

Yes, discount codes are available seasonally. We also offer special VIP discount cards for returning customers.

Validity Period: Upon receiving your discount card, you’ll enjoy its benefits for an entire year from the date of issue. This means that for 365 days, you’ll be eligible to avail of discounts on qualifying purchases whenever you shop with us.

Alcohol is prohibited. Prohibiting alcohol consumption in company vehicles helps maintain a safe and professional environment, reduces liability risks, and ensures compliance with legal regulations.

In our premium, VIP, and MPV car services, we are delighted to offer complimentary beverages to enhance your travel experience. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, passengers in these vehicles can enjoy a selection of complimentary drinks during their journey.

The minimum price for bookings helps us cover the costs associated with providing exceptional service, including vehicle maintenance, driver compensation, and operational expenses.
